- Experience and knowledge in computer hardware, software system and program about technical management, technical understanding, analyzing information, troubleshooting and data center management.
- Experience in hospitality systems as well as property management system, financial management system, point of sales, purchasing management system, guest evaluation system are advantage.
- Experience and knowledge in coordination and quality management for computer networks, network administration and installation, email and backup procedure.
- Ensuring for the smooth running of computer systems.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, telephone and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Replacing parts as required.
- Providing support, including document procedure and relevant reports.
- Setting priority and manage many open cases at one time.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Coordinating with vendor and/or product owner in case of hardware failure.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam and etc.
- IT auditing and controls.
